From November 2025 until now I'm still waiting for them (MVIA INSURE) to call me back and approve my claim

When it comes to approving claims they'll create their own untrue story just to make sure they do not approve your claim whereas you are a paying client.I gave them everything they asked for on their claim form but still no approval. After my first review on hellopeter I received a call from one of the MVIA INSURE consultant claiming to resolve my case.She asked for a towing slip so they'll approve my claim and I told her that I don't have it because I personally took the car to the repairer she told me that the repairer told them that the car was brought to them by the towing truck, I asked her the name of the repairer they spoke to and the towing truck's details, but I couldn't get answers, what she said was that she'll call me the following day but until today they haven't contacted me.
