Extremely poor service of MVIA INSURE

I will never advise anyone to purchase MVIA service plan. MVIA is a worst company on service plans. Every time at claim stage, they always want to find a lame excuse of not paying 100% of service plans. They hardly reply to customer's email. You wait for authorization letter the whole day, sometimes you get it the following day. MVIA is only after people's money....they will reap you off - daylight *******! NEVER TAKE A SERVICE PLAN AT MVIA_INSURE. YOU'LL I REGRET. MVIA_INSURE WANTS PEOPLE'S MONEY AND YOU NEVER GET A VALUE FOR IT. THERE ARE ALWAYS CO-PAYMENTS EVERYTIME YOU TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE. MVIA_INSURE IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY.
