Don't waste your time and money.
Claimed twice and twice rejected. I took my car to a workshop and they immediately told me they have issues with motor plan direct(MVIA) not paying claims well they were correct they didn't and I had to pay out of pocket and they now the second time I should have listened because I kept the policy seeing I was paying for it I needed repairs on the car and again at a different workshop I may add they said the exact same thing to me and I got worried but again they didn't want to honour the claim. Paying for insurance thinking you have piece of mind but no motor plan direct(MVIA) is one of those companies that give people trust issues about the insurance industry, that one bad apples. Please I urge you, do not take this policy they will look for every reason not to honour it.
