Don't fall for this Insure

I have join the insure in April 2024, I didn't receive my policy until I put a claim this month August, I was declined with the reasons that are included in my policy that I don't have, they just send my policy today, I did not know what they cover since I join. my policy is paid up in advance for 2 years!!
