DO NOT get a service plan with MVIA. They are full of ****!

I have a service plan with MVIA, I have serviced my car twice since I joined them and to say I am displeased is an understatement. on both occasions I had to wait 2 to 3 days before getting my car back because MVIA did not approve the quote on time and did not pay the invoice on time. Whenever I called the claims department, I was told that they work on a queuing system and that they would escalate the matter. I fully understand that they work on a queuing system however, it should not take 2+ days to get my car back as it is inconveniencing. I rely on my car being serviced in 1 day as this is my main form on transport. I have had to pay additional money as they only paid a portion of my invoice. Every time my car is due for service I have to make alternative transport arrangements which can cost me R1000.00 for the two days that my car is gone. over all, I am completely unhappy with the service provided and will be looking to cancel my service plan with MVIA
