Terrible experienced! They do not disclose certain information, they withhold it and then you hear about extra payments and increased premiums when they have to pay. I took a service plan with them. I told them my car is closer to a 75000km service which I would pay by myself since I’ll be a new client. Meaning the service they will cover is the next which is 90000km. Now my service provider wants to claim they start coming up with stories that 7months later and 7payments later they won’t cover my service costs unless I agree to the premium increase of R51. It felt like threat because it means they’re leaving me stranded. I asked to cancel they wanted a cancellation fee and my reason for cancellation was because they don’t want to pay for my car service. Please join this insurance company at your own risk.
