Dispute on clutch claim -MVIA.

With regret, I have to write that a second claim has been rejected by MVIA. The policy wording is what govern the agreement. This is what the policy wording says for a clutch failure: A warranty provides cover for your vehicle components from sudden and unforeseen mechanical failure or electrical failure. Maintenance and servicing of the vehicle is not covered.

My clutch failed suddenly on the side of the road and had to be towed into the dealer, a 100% as per the policy wording. The clutch claim has been rejected. I've escalated the matter, and the retention team has responded. Let's provide the team the opportunity to review and provide feedback.

The dealer and the pictures both confirm sudden failure of the clutch, this would be an interesting case to review if this policy does follow their own policy wording as they make reference to this on every call.
