Disguising Feedback & Service

So i logged an claim like i do as per the process and it got Rejected. I then followed the disputes route and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME OR EMAIL ME BACK.

I logged a new Claim and again it was Rejected. I called again and AGAIN NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP. They state to follow the disputes and i tried to explain it does not work.

I am Demanding that this gets resolved or my Money paid back to me. The service and process is utter usless.
