Consultant Fatima was fine and professional. However, I'm unhappy with MPD's/MVIA's email turnaround time and waiting on the phone for such a long time - over 15 minutes today, and over 20 minutes previously, which finished my airtime. I sent THREE emails yesterday to get authorisation - no response even a day later. This is my first experience with MPD, but I was far more satisfied with the efficiency of Liquid Capital, who did not make authorisation the customer's problem. The dealership dealt directly with them on the customer's behalf. With MPD/MVIA the ounus for authorisation falls on the customer. All my car needs us a service, period. The admin should be between MPD/MVIA and the dealership - not the customer.
