Concern Regarding Rejected Clutch Claim
They have rejected my claim for the clutch, stating that it is “too worn out.” I do not understand this reasoning, as wear and tear is exactly why we insure these components in the first place. What do they mean by “too worn out”? This feels very unfair and questionable.
