Worst Insurance Company to be affiliated with. No response to disputes and you apparently can't speak to the complaints department because they don't take calls. Never action what they say they will do and they have flawed adjudication process that don't pay out claims in line with products that you purchase. They paid out a claim of a standard plan while I have a premier plan to service at an OEM till this date I have not heard a word from them.
