Cancelation of service plan and dissatisfaction of service plan.

The worst Insurance company to work with. All they care is taking your money. No care for the client whatsoever. I cancelled with them not so long ago because I had a bad experience when I had to go service my car. I had to take pictures of my car in the morning, the license disc and upload on their system and keep calling them to authorise payment for my car to be serviced. My car had to spend the night at the service centre. On top of that, I had to pay an extra R1000 something for my service to be completed.

I canceled with them right after that, they call me to tell me about the cancellation fees that I need to pay R4000 something because I didn't stay with them for the 36 months. I am so disgusted because they didn't bother to pay for the full service but they still want me to pay for the other months I won't be with them.

I would advise people to stay as far away from them as possible. These people don't have people's interests at heart. All they want is make money out of people when they actually do the bare minimum for clients.
