Bad service/****☹️

I took 2 policies with them warranty and service plan in 2021 1st I took my car for service and I didn't have a problem that's was 2022,early 2023 I tried to claim from the warranty plan and they gave me stories saying they can't pay the full amount because that vw was overcharging them and I ended up paying out of my pocket almost R3000 today I took my car for service same story I'm being told that there's an amount that was not debited in 2021 when I took my policy and now is 2023, so I have to pay that amount as if that was all VW just call me saying MVIA INSURE want me to pay 10% reason bieng late penalty fee which I've got nothing to do with. Their service is bad don't even bother considering them
