Bad service, dishonesty

MVIA service plan wont pay for a service because previously they authorised a different service provider but didn't use them, they want cancellation from that provider, and that provider is refusing to send a cancellation claiming they are closed. Now MVIA say i must pay cash and claim from them..... What if they dont get cancellation altogether?
