Bad service and ****mers

Well my car broke down and took it for diagnosis , the finding were to component covered on the policy , this insure only approve the least cheaper component at 50% and I was told they don’t cover multiple components at a go. Now I’m left with a chunk of money to pay for the other components which I qualify for and have been paying for all this years
