Bad service
I need someone to call me ASAP, I submitted my documents on the 26th of May as requested from you. I called in yesterday and the lady told me nothing was received. I confirmed the email and it was correct. I then emailed it again twice without any feedback. Please assist ASAP

05 Jun 2025, 11:58Good Day, I want to apologize regarding this, i did send the email 4 times to you guys. i then emailed the same documents to my private email address and still did not receive it. So i picked up that the photos i attached to the email was to big and this is why it was never delivered. i made the changes to the email and attachment and got rep**** the same day today. My claim was even approved within an hour. I would like to change my review score and thank you for the great service.
