Bad service
This company is the worst to work with. They are slow to process your claim,their customer care line consultants are rude and they never want to pay for anything without charging you extra.
I am trying to cancel them and now they tell me i am supposed to pay a cancellation fee of R1000 but not even once did i miss payment.
I will never recommend anyone to them. Service plan👎🏽 warranty plan👎🏽. Take them at your own risk
