Bad service

I have been with this company since 2019, and had less than 3 claims in that period. Now I have a mechanical problem diagnosed by a company which is recommended by my car insurance (Miway). They refuse to cover the claim because my car did not break down in the middle of nowhere. This is disgusting, because they wanted my engine to blow a gasket before they can fix. Since when a timing chain is a maintanance problem.
