Bad service

Mvia rep**** to my previous post to say that they would like to rectify the problem and a agent will call me shortly. 4 days later still no one phoned me. I was send by mvia to a RMI approved repairer to check what the problem was with my motorcycle now they want to pay R2000 for the repairs of R15000 which mean that I have to pay for the labour to put everything back together which comes to about R9000 for something they said must be opened in the first place.

I am in talks with the ombitsman now to Handel this case.
