Bad poor worst
This is the worst of the worst 1st the told me the is no access fee then when it came time for my service I’m now liable for half the payment after they took time to register my claim at the time I had no money to pay the other amount so my service provider. “VW” held my car till I paid it only that I don’t have the money at the moment for a cancellation fee which I don’t understand why I mast pay when I haven’t missed a payment
