Bad experience with MVIA

I am insured at MVIA. My first claim was a failure of an electronic component which is covered by the policy. When I processed the claim it was rejected. When I complained that I don't accept the decision, their feedback to me was it is a complicated decision. If a normal electronic switch of about R700.00 is rejected and they don't know it is an electronic device I can only imagine they will never assist there clients and only pocket money. Don't fall in the same trap.
