Bad Customer Service

I opened a car warrenty policy with Motor Plan Direct and in less than a week of it being open I realized I already had an existing one.

I then called to cancel the warranty and was sent a form to fill in, this was filled in and surprisingly I was required to send all different types of documents required to cancel the policy, the policy was done over a call without any documents being sent, now I need to rub around to get documents certified. They have already deducted for the month which I have no issue with but all I want is for this policy to be canceled I requested for this to be done I've 3weeks ago. I NEED IT SORTED.
