BAD claims Department

Good customer service, but BAD claims department

I ended up paying a difference of 1.2k on my service plan for my car to be serviced. what is then the use I pay them every month for the service plan but they cant cover a 3k service cost for my vehichle, major service you have to do your spark plugs but they tell workshop they dont need to do it.

I am cancelling my service plan immediately.
