ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU CANCEL MY POLICIES, I'VE REALLY TRIED, BUT NO LUCK.

Please for the love of God will you cancel my policies. I've followed the procedure to cancel both my Warranty plan (R972.22p/m) as well as my Service and Maintenance plan (R487,40). I was told to send the cancellation form to ***re, and I did so on March 18th at 2:20pm. My email has still not even been acknowledged. It appears no one is checking that email address. I have now been billed for 2 months after cancelling. As if it's not enough that I pay a total of R1459 per month to this company every month, and then still have to dip into my savings because you won't pay out when there's a problem, now you keep debiting me even though I cancelled my policy 2 months ago. Please can someone action this, this is absolutely ridiculous. Do I have to take legal action, or should I lay a charge of ***** to get this company to stop bleeding me dry? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN YOU CALL ME TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE CANCELLING MY POLICIES?? PLEASE I BEG OF YOU!. I will actually pay the "cancellation fee" if it means I'm ridding you from my life. This has been the worst financial decision of my life.
