After being transfered so many times, I finally got through to Dalene who assisted me so diligently and effectively. Thanks to her my policy has now been activated. She has been absolutely amazing and professional on every level. She even called, followed up and made sure I received my documentation and was happy. We need more agents like Dalene. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her!!
