Admin fees and bad service

I decided to take a motor warranty policy with MVIA insure. Which was ranked in the top ten of warranty policy in South Africa so they underwritten by mutual and federal. Once i confirm the policy over the phone and policy documents was sent , I notice an admin fees was charge at the same rate as policy or close to the rate of the policy, I sent an email asking what was this fee with no reply back. Up and until now there is no reply. I decided to cancel the policy due to service.
