Sent an email to disputes over a week ago as I am not happy with the 1500 payout they want to give me doe a 10k quote, besides the fact that they take multiple claims for the same component as 1 claim and pay for the most expensive then state that my control arms are a wear and tear item but absolutely no response or care to contact me, BUT WHEN I ASK FOR A CANCELATION LETTER THEY DONT HESITATE TO SEND IT TO ME WITHIN 2MIN, SHOCKING SERVICE FROM A SERVICE RELATED COMPANY!
