Poor products AND service

I don't normally rant about poor service and products but these guys are the pits. I bought some lights for my car. They didn't work so I pay to send them back. They tell me that the lights work (with no proof) and that I must pay for the lights to come back to me. I have multiple mechanics confirm that there is nothing wrong with my car (and one of the old lights works on both sides). So now I offer to drive all the way to Joburg to see the lights working in their environment. Suddenly, everyone there can't help and is away and then it becomes 'tough luck'. Truly abysmal service from these guys. Tons of effort on my side to get this rectified and they just stick up the middle finger....
