MVA Selling **** LUK CLUTCHES

Bought an "LUK" clutch (branded MVA on the clutch) from them, tested it and got the wrong clearance, they replaced with another and it was still wrong. Managed to get an ORIGINAL LUK Clutch and it worked perfectly. But MVA refuse to give me a refund or any response on how to go about this further.
