Accident

My name is Mpho, MV Trans freight truck hit me at the back on Friday the 30th of October 2020 At the R21 towards Pretoria. My vehicle rolled and my self and my partner we sustained serious injuries, the driver admitted that he is wrong on the scene but on the ACcident report he wrote different story. I called the owner of MV Trans freight to make him aware of the accident and he said he’s insurance will contact me to sort it out, now he’s not answering my messages. I would like MV Trans freight to pay for the damages of my vehicle and the ow truck that transported my vehicle from the scene as well as the storage were my vehicle is at.
