Just not trustworthy

They did the job I suppose (temperature gauge on oven needed repairing) but I just didn't get a feeling of trust. I still think they over quote, service man was rude and arrogant and I found the old temperature oven gauge thrown in my complex driveway! Who does that? Wouldn't use them again.
