****y and Arrogant small business!

<p>Due to it's convenient location, I made an appointment with this little business 2 days ago to have my nails done for a New Year's Eve funtion I am hosting today. Upon arrival at my scheduled time this morning, I was informed that my appointment was given to someone else and I was instructed to return at noon today. As a result I am not going back there ever again! This is a small, run down little beauty salon by Brackengate Spar, which is not a great shopping centre to start off with. Yet, they seem to think that they are in a position to shunt customers around and cancel appointments without notice. This kind of customer service is appaling and therefore I feel it is my duty to warn all Alberton residents to stay away from this ********** second rate place. </p>
