Non compliance with supply of wheelchair friendly busses

Two weeks in a row now the 30th Dec 17 and 06 Jan 18. The bus which was allocated to the 0900B 520 bus route from Woodlands to Durban City centre was not wheelchair friendly resulting in my father and myself having to carry my 85 yr mother onto and off the bus. We do not own a motor vehicle and rely on public transport. This service is not inline with the law regarding people with disabilities and the aged
