Messed up service really discussed

This company is so bad I mean the service delivery is so bad they offer you a service but when time to deliver it becomes so bad everyday after work waiting for the bus to go from Umhlanga to town theres always a lack of buses going yet when asking about it because we notice other areas have 5 buses but when asked they respond they operate different to those areas another thing is when we at the bus stops early in the morning their buses arrive late this company is really SLEG you as a normal middle class working citizen is using the service to budget for transport yet you only use your cards now and then when you knock off at work the bus may or may not come and when you phone their company you get a guy by the name of Nick who tells you you can do what you want I mean where's the customer service with this place what happened to the customer being right I mean where's the money going when we refill trips if theres a lack of buses and also sometimes the buses are not well serviced thst they break down. So we have a company with a bad service history, rude employees who tell you to go do what you want so how do you get to work on time and hope to get a bus at the time you knock off to be home in time and then you get roaches on the bus too
