Please stay away. I wish i read the reviews before signing up with these guys. They look for every single excuse not to pay out. 1st they advised my audi freeway plan does not cover as a warranty (Audi freeway plan covers full maintenance and services by the way) and then they are saying it expired before i got their cover but the consultant told me that that is fine because I started their cover a day after my audi plan expired! There are no calling in and escalating, you have to sit and wait for emails which take a day or 2! My car is in for 2weeks already! And i am so frustrated.

I will be referring this dispute to the STI ombudsman for intervention because they are being ********* in their practices and i for one wont let them get away with something like this
