Good day, Again, I am stunned by the service I received, yet again from Zanele Tshabalala, Consultant: Personal Lines – Services. I requested a claims history letter and before long I received the document in my inbox - what makes it even more amazing is that Zanele also works in die inbound call centre yet she keeps to her word as calls flux in and in between calls she made time to assist me with the manual letter. All I can say Zanele is you are truly outstanding!!!
