Your Claims dept needs some serious work

I have been with OM insure since 2014 and this is by far the worst service I have received I submitted a claim on the 24th of December on my vehicle, I received no feedback from OM insure till i called on the 3rd of Jan. The lady who was handling my claim told me she was on holiday and was back now.

I was advised that the service providers that were meant to assist me with the repairs were still closed and i should wait till the 6th ... On the 6th I called in still no feedback. I then decided to cancel my policy.

Today I receive an email saying my vehicle is still assessing my vehicle... how? when? The vehicle is still in my possession no one has called to assess or anything

Oh then i email asking for a previous insurance letter and guess what a claim that hasn't even been settled has been noted there for an amount of R 19 000+. NO BODY HAS CALLED ME MY CAR HAS NOT BEEN FIXED WHERE ARE THESE FIGURES AND EMAILS COMING FROM
