Yesterday I called In to follow up on an email which was sent last week Wednesday to request policy reviews on the renewal premiums for December for 4 of my clients Nkosinathi assisted me with feedback on all 4 policies and was able to grant the profiles discounts and he delivered and provided excellent service, when I requested additional information about the current premium, discounted premium and debit dates
