on Wednesday morning I was ****** while asleep. what an already traumatized experience to realize that some person has forced himself into your house and that person took your whole life (woman's handbag) my rings and other electronic equipment with years of memories on it. What now I thought to myself. I life here for almost 17 years and this is the firs experience of an home evasion I experience as the victim, what do I do. am I save, is my husband and children save... but then after the Police left and I start to gather my thoughts I phone my insurance broker - Pote Fourie who drove to my house to hand me the document to get the insurance claim rolling.... great service from my broker Rolanda. my claim was registered with Mutual & Federal and I can tell you what an exceptional experience. On Monday I was contacted by the claims assessor Reina Pansegrouw who have made an appointment for Tuesday and on our meeting on Tuesday she put me at ease and gave me educated tips going forward and showed me that I am in good hands. She was professional and kind and I know exactly when and what to expect. 3 days after her visit my claim was settled. WoW great service.will recommend M&F
