Worst Service Silindile Maphumulo, Nonkonzo Mngadi, Bongumusa, Thasvir Ramdeen

Horrible Service from Old Mutual Insure, I requested for one of my vehicles to be removed from cover in January, I spoke to Nonkonzo Mngadi at online Fa who promised that the vehicle was removed, I also queried why our premium increased by over 55% I was told they gave us a discount and the premium dropped by R1000, none of the above was done, I am still being debited the same premium with the additional vehicle and no discount. I have tried for 2 months to get answers via email, and I'm out right ignored. I have emailed Silindile Maphumulo, Nonkonzo Mngadi, Bongumusa, Thasvir Ramdeen all of them have ignored my emails. Worst service of my life.
