worse customer service ever !!!!!

<p>On the 2nd of April I had received a push back from my insurance company finrite that advised me that my claim was invalid and that I had time to push back the claim with the underwriters which are mutual and federal. So I went into store and got my relevant information in regards to my claim and typed out my email and sent it through to mutual and federal but I have still not gotten any joy from this. On the automatic responds that are linked to the mails that you send to them advises you that a representative will attend to you win 2 to 3 working days, it has been past two weeks now and I have not gotten feedback in regards yo my claim. I am very unhappy and disgusted by your services you provide !!!! </p>
