Worse Company to have Insurance with - Good as not insured

Worse insurance company I have ever had to to deal with. When you supposed to have peace of mind that you pay your premiums and that in a event of an accident, things go smoothly. Instead found every excuse to reject the claim. Shoddy unprofessional investigation like the accident was a crime. Cold unfriendly, don't care a damn attitude about the welfare of the person involved in accident. One aim, not to pay the claim is the name of the game. Dispute Team don't even respond to an email to provide an update, just ignore you. The made me feel like I was dishonest, ************* and like I should be in prison because I had an accident.
