<p>The arrogance of the assessor when my wife’s car was hit by hail can only be attributed to the fact that he was dealing with a woman on her own. I doubt he would have had the same level of arrogance had he been dealing with a man. It happened when I was away on contract. Unfortunately those kind of people do exist. The assistance from our broker at Brokersure was minimal. My wife had to do all the work herself to finally get her car repaired. That included numerous visits to various panel beaters and dozens of e-mails. If she has to do all the work what is the broker there for. Maybe just to collect a commission.</p> <p> </p>
