Who said insurance claims are tedious?

<p>I have I have been a Mutual & Federal client since the 80's and I remain impressed by the professional way claims are processed. I have just had a plumbing claim and it was settled within 48 hours. I will never knock companies that offer incentives like premium paybacks etc but to be honest just give me good old simple insurance where I pay my premiums and they pay my claims. To Thessaloni, you were courteous, professional and efficient. A real credit to your company. Thank you Mutual and Federal for keeping it simple and highly efficient.</p>
