WHERE IS YOUR INSURANCE WHEN YOU NEED THEM

I had 2 car door claims in 1 year ,one of which was not my fault, a well know company car crashed into my car door. I was told that since this was not my fault, my insurance would claim from 3rd party and pay me back the excess fee. well what I got back was an email telling me they were going to cancel my insurance as I have claimed too many times.( I was with them for nearly 20 years) and hardly ever claimed.... and now they don't bother to pay me my excess fee. This is what I received from my broker (We sincerely regret to inform you that we received feedback from Mutual&Federal and that they have made a decision to recall recovery of the quantum as the amount is too low to warrant a summons against the third party)<br> <br> very disappointed with the service that I received from them.....
