What's the point of insurance????

<p>I went to Herm**** for the weekend on Friday 13 May 2016. On my way home, just before the R43 on Sunday 15 May 2016, my car overheated. I contacted M&F for assistance. They could only tow my car to the nearest dealer which was in Somerset West, then I woul have to wait until Monday 16/05/16 for assistance. My point is how was I to get home from Somerset West??? That was not helping me at all, I had 4 other passengers with me. I pay insurance for unforseen times like these. I was then offered to be towed to a dealer in Caledon, where a mechanic would be dispatched, fix my car, and I would have to pay the cost involved. I couldn't risk that option, because they couldn't tell me the cost, what if it was a high amount and I couldn't afford it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I suggested to just tow my car closer to home, I would then make other arrangements, which in the end they did.</p> <p>****il Shell Sir Lowrys Pass).</p> <p> </p> <p>The service I got from you was pathetic. I called you at 12pm, you came with a tow truck from Caledon, why didnt you call someone closer in Herm****????? They only came at 1630pm, to top it off, the guy came with his whole family.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great service, keep it up</p>
