We've covered our butts!

My daughter qualified as a Somatologist, & went to work on the Caribbean ships. The Old Mutual insurance agent asked whether I wanted to add disability to her cover. "For sure," I said. She became paralyzed in her little finger & may no longer work in that industry. I tried to claim, & was told that 'you have to be paralyzed in 2 SEPARATE LIMBS to qualify. "That's outrageous!" I exclaimed. You should have taken comprehensive cover, not basic, they tried to say. "I was never offered anything but disability cover, by your OWN AGENT. We'll look into it... Two years my daughter is still paralyzed. They never did. I will NEVER use or recommend them!! EVER!! They **** to me and to the agent. Bunch of ******!!
