VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT!

VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT! My boundary wall collapsed 24 April 2025. An assessor came out where she appointed an ingeneur. Almost a month later recieved the rejection letter "non compliance to building regulations". I have given proof as per their request signed off documents through and ingeneural company and Ethekwini municipality when the wall was constructed in 2009. I see this is a trend with Old Mutual as many of their customers is sitting in the same boat with this company. Getting the run around and it cost me R5175 for the dispute to get a ingeneural report. Now they request 25 to 30 working days after telling me I had to dispute within 3 days. Finally got the reference/dispute number that they wil investigate. My experience with Old Mutual this far is only frustration!
