very poor experience with Old Mutual Insure

I moved to old mutual insure from another insurer who I've been with for 8 years already. As luck would have it, a lady drove into me and I had damage to the rear of my vehicle. It took old mutual a month to get the repairs authorized as they did not deduct my first installment and I enquired early on in may regarding the installment that didn't go off. I explained to old mutual that the chassis of the car had to be investigated as I have a towbar on my car and the towbar absorbed alot of the impact and I was concerned that the chassis got bent as the towbar is attached to the bottom of the vehicle. Eventually the chassis was checked and reported that there was damage. Now after weeks of struggeling to get this sorted, Tarell Wright reports that the additionals has been declined by old mutual "damage to rear of vehicle is not major structural . rear subframe could not have been affected rear subframe is from a seperate incident and cannot be included in assessment". I've never been in an accident, there has been no other incidents. I will not recommend Old mutual insure to anyone and will hunt for another insurer after this, regret moving from my previous insurer
