Very dishonest insurer, would not recommend

Never in my life did I ever experience such BAD service, Integrisure whom is the broker for Old Mutual are both in the game of not wanting to pay clients for damage. I had a pipe that leaked under ground, and this claim is going on for the fourth month now, they send the one person after the other to my property over the months and now they come up that I am under insurered on my property, NOW firstly who's fault is that? When I took out the insurance they asked what the property is worth, told them what my municipal value was and they said fine we will insure for that amount. Now when it came to a claim they say its not the municipal value but what it would cost to rebuild your property should it burn down. WHAT A WAY TO NOT PAY. then I was told the difference in being under insurered would be deducted and they will pay out that amount, signed the forms and then 2 days later they informed I would not get that amount as the leak detector and the person that came to give a quote on the repairs THAT THEY HAVE SEND must get paid and is also getting deducted from that amount, SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT, nothing but thinking of ways to pay out as little as possible
